Warranties/Returns

New Component, Rebuild/Revalve Warranty: All new suspension components, rebuilds & revalves are covers under a 60 day limited warranty period.  If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase please call us for assistance.  Approval for any warranty claims must be approved by a 4PR representative.  4PR will make every effort to make your purchase a positive experience.  Given the custom nature of our suspension & services there will be NO REFUNDS on any new suspension components, rebuilds or revalves.  The warranty coverage begins on the invoice date.  Approval for warranty changes must be given by a 4PR representative.  4PR is NOT responsible for loss of time, use or product, or inconvenience caused by any down time incurred.

 

Parts Returns: All parts returns & exchanges require approval from a 4PR representative, all parts must be in the same packaging & unused condition.  All returns on parts must be made no later than 15 days from the invoice date & must be accompanied by a copy of the invoice.  A 20% restocking fee will be charged on all returns.  Shipping will NOT be refunded.  Refunds will be issued by a company check within 3 weeks.  No exceptions.
